Vendor Pricing
Before May 30th:
- 10×10 Space – $45 per day | $400 Fall Pass (12 days)
- 10×20 Space – $80 per day | $700 Fall Pass (12 days)
- 20×20 Space – $100 per day | $900 Fall Pass (12 days)
Before July 30th:
- 10×10 Space – $50 per day | $450 Fall Pass (12 days)
- 10×20 Space – $85 per day | $800 Fall Pass (12 days)
- 20×20 Space – $110 per day | $1000 Fall Pass (12 days)
After July 30th:
- 10×10 Space – $55 per day | $500 Fall Pass (12 days)
- 10×20 Space – $90 per day | $850 Fall Pass (12 days)
- 20×20 Space – $125 per day | $1150 Fall Pass (12 days)
Add-ons:
- ADD Extension Cord to Electrical Access $7 / day
- ADD 8′ Table $10/ day
- ADD 8 X 8 CARNIVAL BOOTH $50 / DAY
Important Vendor Policies
- ALL payments must be paid at least a week in advance – NO payments will be taken day of the event.
- ALL Vehicles must be out of the event space by 10am – NO vehicles may enter the event space past 10am AND until 5pm for any reason.
- Vendors who are ASKED TO LEAVE will NOT be given a refund.
- Vendors are responsible for their own setup and teardown each day.
- Booth spaces must be attended during all public hours.
- No early teardown permitted without prior approval.
- Fall Pass holders must attend at least 10 out of 12 dates unless otherwise arranged.
- All products must be family-friendly and appropriate for all ages.
- Vendors must carry their own liability insurance (recommended).
- Electricity is available upon request and subject to limited availability.
